Our Work

Working together for our community.

At CWC, community volunteers, staff, partners, and residents come together through six Working Groups focused on addressing the root cause and impacts of poverty while promoting wellness for everyone in our community. Each Working Group explores local challenges, identifies opportunities, and develops practical solutions that help people thrive.

How They Work

Each Working Group is made up of community members who are passionate about making a difference. Working Groups meet regularly to discuss local needs, develop initiatives, build partnerships, and support projects that create positive change.
